Note:

1. Raw material requirements: biomass pellet, wood chips; pellet size within φ8mm, wood chip size: 1 ~ 3cm, moisture content ≤ 15%,

2. The low calorific value of pellet fuel is calculated as 3900kcal/kg; the low calorific value of wood chips is calculated as 3500kcal/kg.

3. The output of hot water is at 20℃ for inlet water and 50℃ for outlet water.

 

Principle Of Biomass Gasification:Biomass gasification refers to the thermochemical process of converting biomass fuels into combustible gases. In this process, water vapor, free oxygen or combined oxygen undergo thermochemical reactions with carbon in the fuel to generate combustible gas. The biomass gasification process is more complicated, and the gasification reaction conditions are also different, but all the gasification reaction processes basically include the drying, pyrolysis, oxidation and reduction of biomass.
